NHS of Southwest Wisconsin is thought of as one of the best-established developers in Richland County.  NHS’s first stick built home was completed in 1995 and the 53rd home has just been completed September 2015 – follow link below.  These homes are either built to the standards of Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Home and Green Built or are certified in those.  The homes are typically built with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry on 1st floor, attached garage and large lot.  Making the homes family friendly and visitable.
