for affordable rents. This is a 5 year forgivable mortgage.

rehabilitation (owner or renter) may include
repairs or replacements for health and safety issues and weatherization.
Homeowners must be below 80% of the County Median Income. For Rental
properties the tenant must be below 60% County Median Income and the
rents must remain at an affordable rates for 10 years. All properties must be with the City limits of Richland Center.
