Renew Richland Center Loan Program

Neighborhood Housing Services of Southwest Wisconsin(NHSSW) is offering NEW loan programs with more flexibility for the City of Richland Center Residents and Landlords!

The new programs are:

>Home Improvement Program for Homeowners

>New Home Construction Program for Homeowners

>NEW Rental Property Programs

>NEW Home Construction Program for Schools

Each of these programs are administered through NHSSW, but have different guidelines from previous and current loan programs.

What is NEW to the Home Improvement Program?  The income of home owners that can be served by this loan program was raised to 120% Richland County AMI.  Program guidelines allow participants and NHSSW to set repair priorities after a home review.

What is NEW to the Rental Improvement Program? The income of tenants living or who will live in the rental assisted by the loan was raised to 80% Richland County AMIThe ability to create a rental property from a previous family home.  Program guidelines allow the landlord and NHSSW to set repair priorities after a property review.

As an added benefit to our home and rental improvement loan customers, the Development Coordinator will prepare work specifications for your improvement needs; manage the bidding process, assist you with selecting contractors to complete the project and handle payouts to the contractors when the work is completed.
