Pictured above left to right at the State Capitol in Madison, Governor Jim Doyle recently presented a $275,000 2006 HOME Grant award to Neighborhood Housing Services, represented by NHS Executive Director Terry Testolin and NHS Board President Mike O'Leary with Mary Burke, Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce, assisting. Competitive HOME funding awarded to NHS of Richland County is available for low income households in Richland County for down payment assistance and rehabilitation loans.

NHS is a HUD Counseling Agency.
